Whey Protein
This is what I will be taking as a daily supplement after my workouts to feed the muscles, I will also be taking vitamin C pills throughout the day. Calcium is an option, but I'm not sure what exactly I will be taking until I take it!

Trying something new...
Today I will wack out Sweat III-IV in the morning and Circuit III-IV in the evening. I will see how my body reacts to this new routine. Im more serious about my health then I have ever been. I don't want to die young or be fat for the rest of my life. So with the help of Beachbody and Tony Horton I will get my weight under controll and in my past for the rest of my life. I wont LOSE the weight I will get rid of it. If I LOSE the weight there is a chance I can find it again, and that will not happen again.

Week 2
haha finally Im on week 2! I am on Phase III-IV of the workout, at this point I am going to run it back and forth per week. I am going to start to switch it up and include Abs in with my circuit training. I went to the doctor today and I didint like what I heard. I am now going to be ultimately serious!!! Anyway I will be looking away from foods that are bad for me such as starchy foods ect.

Day 4 down!
I almost skipped today because of a sore stomach, but I bypassed that and did my work-out anyway. I gave it all I had. Getting better at the ab work-outs, but still very very painful! But I still have not yet picked up any suppliments.....(SAD)
I was thinking maybe a multi-vitamin, protein powder and vitamin C pills. Let me know what you think, please. Or better yet suggestions would be even better.
So today makes it day 4 and 2 more days until I can take a "break" in the workout, for recovery. But I think I am doing my best overall.

3 days of working out!
By yesterday, day three, my body kinda got used to the routine. So now Im not so sore in the days following the work outs. Well until I go home later this is all for now. Shaka Shaka!
