Whey Protein

This is what I will be taking as a daily supplement after my workouts to feed the muscles, I will also be taking vitamin C pills throughout the day. Calcium is an option, but I'm not sure what exactly I will be taking until I take it!

Trying something new...

Today I will wack out Sweat III-IV in the morning and Circuit III-IV in the evening. I will see how my body reacts to this new routine. Im more serious about my health then I have ever been. I don't want to die young or be fat for the rest of my life. So with the help of Beachbody and Tony Horton I will get my weight under controll and in my past for the rest of my life. I wont LOSE the weight I will get rid of it. If I LOSE the weight there is a chance I can find it again, and that will not happen again.

Week 2

haha finally Im on week 2! I am on Phase III-IV of the workout, at this point I am going to run it back and forth per week. I am going to start to switch it up and include Abs in with my circuit training. I went to the doctor today and I didint like what I heard. I am now going to be ultimately serious!!! Anyway I will be looking away from foods that are bad for me such as starchy foods ect.

Day 4 down!

I almost skipped today because of a sore stomach, but I bypassed that and did my work-out anyway. I gave it all I had. Getting better at the ab work-outs, but still very very painful! But I still have not yet picked up any suppliments.....(SAD)

I was thinking maybe a multi-vitamin, protein powder and vitamin C pills. Let me know what you think, please. Or better yet suggestions would be even better.

So today makes it day 4 and 2 more days until I can take a "break" in the workout, for recovery. But I think I am doing my best overall.

By yesterday, day three, my body kinda got used to the routine. So now Im not so sore in the days following the work outs. Well until I go home later this is all for now. Shaka Shaka!

Two day post! 2/8-2/9

Its been so long but now Im back in business. Yesterday I detailed my car with real wax and polish! So all in all CLEAN car, I love it. I got kinda lazy to do the first day of Power90 but I completed Phase I-II Circuit, and boy was I tiered. But I felt GREAT! Today I almost got lazy and didn't do Phase I-II Cardio and Abs 100, but was inspired by on of NBC's hit shows running now. But its hard to get on it. Then I pumped out the routine, and I fell again pretty good about my self. All I need is some supplements for a faster recovery and to boost my metabolism. Any tips?

Lunch at Kahala...

So Im on lunch at work and I thought what will I eat now that Im on Power90 in a mall filled with fast food joints. The place I thought of was Whole Foods, but I don't have the money for that, and then it was Subway...so I went to subway.
I think I could have done a little better but its healthier than TacoBell, Panda's, ect. All in all I think I made a good choice...any comments on my food choice? I would like to hear from people other than myself.

Late for work, no Power90 in the morning...

So not too much time for this one, but I woke up late for work...and it was RAINING!!! argh! But I was a ninja in traffic! So didint get to do p90 in the morning I get off at 9 so I will do it then. Join me later....

First Power90 experience...

Today I started my journey on Power90. They sent two disc's the express fat burner and the actual Power90 routine. The express fat burner is a 6 day plan to burn fat and get you in decent shape for power90. I love this routine, because not only am I burning fat Im learning the proper way to do the workouts. Join me on my quest thru the 90 fitness journey.
