Day 4 down!

I almost skipped today because of a sore stomach, but I bypassed that and did my work-out anyway. I gave it all I had. Getting better at the ab work-outs, but still very very painful! But I still have not yet picked up any suppliments.....(SAD)

I was thinking maybe a multi-vitamin, protein powder and vitamin C pills. Let me know what you think, please. Or better yet suggestions would be even better.

So today makes it day 4 and 2 more days until I can take a "break" in the workout, for recovery. But I think I am doing my best overall.
